This event is for recruiting new players young and old, this will be the same program as the NAACP Gig, just a different venue.
They are expecting around 200 to 300 people at this one.
The time frame shown right now is the entire event, we will perform somewhere between 2 and 3:30PM, I will post the time when we have that set.

Mike will be in charge of this event as for I am playing at Fulton 55 that day, I would much rather be with you guys, so Mike will set up the times and locations.
Will Need To :
- Set Up Table
- Hang Banner
- Set up Drums Behind Table
- Tape Logo’s to Table
- Put Sign Up Sheet in Middle of Table
- Put Business Cards on Table
I have all of these materials and will give to Mike prior.
Not sure who will talk before each exercise and at the end, you guys can figure that out, I would like the part about making mistakes and learning from them as a part of the speech.
