Time to get back at it!
This Saturday we will work on exercises and define some of the ones we want to play from Valley Fest and the current ones we are playing.
I would like to keep playing 7/8 bucks paradiddles.
Bass Drum Line will work on the new 32 splits and also get the cadence playable and if time permits work on SG7.
You will find the current list of exercises at our very own Website that Agui has been doing an incredible job keeping up to date, thanks Agui!!!
Next Saturday, if I have enough kids signed up, we will have the first of many Green Line practices, let me know if you wish to help out.
First of each month we will collect the monthly membership fee’s of $20.00, some of you have paid for the entire year already and I will have that list on Saturday, if any member can’t afford the fee’s, they will be waved on a month to month basses, no one is left out!!! The membership fee’s will go to paying off the new tenor stands and bass drum stand we purchased recently, after we have paid this off, all fee’s will go to drum heads, mallets, purchasing equipment for the line and even a party for all of us in the future.
So that is about it, let’s just play some notes and enjoy our time together, see ya Saturday.
